GIS and Appraisal

The goal of land development is the creation of multiple and unique parcels allowing for a variety of uses (e.g. residential housing, retail, industrial, institutional, parkland, roadway infrastructure, etc).

It provides visualization of real estate parcel attributes including size, shape, topography, location, and more. We are not techies by any stretch of the imagination, so we cannot help with technical aspects. However, we have been developing and refining a system for over ten years.
